Nannyjo had a brief survey on "the important factors of employeeing a nanny" for about 20days, 18-Mar. to 7-Apr., with 75 participants.
 
Q : What is the most important factor when you hire a nanny?
A :
 
  1. good housework : 4 votes (5.3%)
  2. good kids caring : 25votes (33.3%)
  3. English & pronunciation : 5votes (6.7%)
  4. Secured identity : 30votes (40%)
  5. keep promising : 10votes (13.3%)
  6. Others : 1votes (1.3%)
 
As we see on above result, employers selected "secured identity" and " good kids caring" as most important factor in hiring nanny.

Because many of employers work outside and leave house and kids to nanny, it could be very natural to select above 2 factors.
